Seems to have improved recently. Much more friendly receptionists on my last visit and first rate dentist. My only complaint is the my original appointment was for 10:15, the email confirmation was for 10:20 and on the day received a message saying 10:25! On the plus side I went in to the dentist early which doesn’t normally happen.
The dental suite has a charming ambiance coupled with pleasant and helpful reception staff. The dentist delivered excellent customer service taking time and care to support my requirements, coupled with advice and guidance on dental hygiene.
Registration was very easy and quickly got an appointment. Dhaval Shah was amazingly thorough and explained what he would be doing. Once he had finished the examination and x-rays to me in a completely professional way but making sure I understood the treatment plan. Would definitely recommend the dental practice.
Had my check up recently at stony dental practice. Zahraa was very professional, and thorough and everything was explained very clearly. I would highly recommend Stony dental practice and Zahraa particularly!
