After not visiting a hygienist for 3 years I had an appointment with Harry today. It was probably the best dental experience I have ever had. So much so, I can say I am genuinely looking forward to returning after having recieved some very good comphrehensive advice and valuable information from Harry about how to better care for my teeth. He is exceptionally knowledgeable and I could tell he genuinely wants to help people look after themselves. This is something I have not previously experienced at a dentists. I had my first session today with the owner Dilan, it genuinely could not have been a better experience. From when I arrived I could tell I would be treated well, the lighting was dim and there was a candle lit which was relaxing. The receptionists we're both incredibly friendly and helpful with explaining treatment prices and getting booked in. I went in for a deep clean after having not been to a dentist for a while and Dilan was so understanding and patient, the procedure was thorough but gentle and he stopped at intervals to ensure my comfort.
