Every single member of the team makes you feel genuinely welcome and well looked after. Parin is such a fantastic dentist - reassuring, warm, and exactly what you want from a family dentist. Madiha, one of the dental nurses, has a really lovely way about her that puts me at ease every time I go. I've been using the MK Dental Practice in Milton Keynes, run by Parin and Ahmet for getting on for a decade now. I found them after an incompetent NHS dentist caused me a bunch of problems. Ahmet fixed the damage, and he and his co-owner, Parin, have looked after my teeth very well ever since. The practice is friendly and helpful. Parin is my usual dentist and he's a lovely caring person. Both of the partners are delightful. Arrived on time for an appointment, the newish receptionist continues to type, no acknowledgement or greeting. She knows I'm there. Experienced receptionist busy with patient. Another patient enters and waits behind me. The newish receptionist eventually looks over to us and asks the other patient if she can help?!! I say ' Yes, I have an 11am appointment. ' Newish receptionist looks at me, splutters, then asks for my details. Frustratingly, then calls the other patient to the desk....and apologies to her!? For what I wonder. After my appointment, newish receptionist does not address her…
Recently saw the hygienist Tahera at this dental practice, I was so anxious due to previous bad experiences but she was so kind right from the beginning and made me feel so at ease throughout the entire appointment. she is honestly the best hygienist and I wish I had come to visit her sooner. Highly recommend!
