Fishermead Dental Surgery

The receptionist was lovely and it was smooth to get booked in. However, I ended up waiting nearly 40 minutes for a scheduled appointment. I had to leave and reschedule it for another day. Really confused as to how it can be this disorganised with pre booked appointments. Apparently when I enquired at 12.30, the 11.30 patient had only just gone in! If I end up seeing the dentist, hopefully will edit and leave a better review if the care is good.

Wouldn't go anywhere else. This is the best dental surgery, a very kind, friendly and helpful receptionist, and a very caring dentist who perfectly understands my severe phobia of getting my teeth fixed along with anxiety, always there to help and support, and to make me feel as comfortable as possible. If i could give more than 5 stars, i would.

Absolutely outstanding service at this dental clinic! From the moment I contacted them, Sue, the receptionist, was exceptionally accommodating and kind, going out of her way to fit my appointment into a busy schedule. Sue the receptionist is really helpful and lovely will always try her best to get you in as soon as possible weather it’s to do with an emergency or just a regular checkup. Highly recommend the dentist is really good too
