I had an outstanding experience with Mr Shahzad and his entire team. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. Mr Shahzad is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and gentle he took the time to explain every step of the procedure and made sure I was completely comfortable throughout. My appointment involved a dentist check up and a hygienist visit: Dentist: professional and knowledgeable but generally disappointed on that the dentist spent only around 3 minutes actually checking my teeth. Generally feels like a rushed service particulary considering the increased price of the check up since Dental Works went private. Called in for my routine six monthly check up. Greeted by pleasant staff in reception. Clean tidy and welcoming atmosphere. Had a nice chat about everyone's experiences of the Christmas and New year period. After a small delay was called into the dental.suite where my teeth were examined thoroughly and questions asked about my oral hygiene routine. The dentist was very happy with the state of my teeth and nothing needed to be done on this occasion. Dental works are the best dentists I have attended. I used to have a phobia going to the dentist through past experiences elsewhere. The staff at Dental works and the doctors care are amazing. My son is autistic and they are really patient and understanding. There were no NHS spaces throughout the city but was able to set up a monthly payment plan with Dental works which I found very beneficial, if I was ever to be offered a free dentist elsewhere in the future I would still stay with Dental works as it's is more than worth it.
