I had not been to the dentist for a long time due to being unable to get into an NHS service. I signed myself, my mum and my daughter easily here. I was so nervous for my first app as I knew I would have to have fillings. I cannot fault my dentist Akanksha. She is absolutely fantastic, has made us all feel at ease, she is great at making me feel comfortable and explaining different options for procedures and is so helpful. Excellent customer service and also great staffs too.We had an outstanding experience with Dr. Paula Aurora. She is exceptionally skilled and attentive, taking time to explain every step and ensuring my son Noah felt completely at ease. Her gentle touch and genuine care truly stand out. The clinic is welcoming, and very family-friendly. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Paula Aurora to anyone looking for excellent dental care!
We have been attending this practice for 20 years and always receive such a great service. The clinic is up to date, spotlessly clean, all staff are excellent. I never thought I would say it’s a joy to go to the dentist, but it actually is.
Lovely welcome at reception, didn't even have to give my name, just booked in straight away. Hygienist and her assistant were thorough and took their time, ensuring I was OK throughout the appointment. Very mich recommend Broughton Dental Practice!
