Melton Mowbray Clinic

I was visiting from the US, got sick in Leicester. Called 111 at 9am Sunday, and they gave me an appointment here at Melton, for 5.30pm Sunday. Drove 45 minutes and walked in, the place looked like it was closed. The reception didn't even want my info and said to sit down, before I could , was called in by "Eddie" , very rude person, took all of 2 and half minutes and did my vitals and said everything is fine. What a waste of time !... I fully understand that it's free healthcare , but I guess you get what you pay for !.

The hospital is very clean and quiet and the staff who were dealing with my case were absolutely lovely. I was very nervous about my surgery but they put me at ease.

Dropped my wife off today for a day case procedure. From reception to department, the staff were kind, compassionate and caring, putting my wife at ease, from start to finish. Thank you one and all.

Absolute pleasure. Staff are friendly, helpful, efficient. Nurses are very professional and competent. Mostly they are ALWAYS on time. I have never waited longer than 5 minutes.
