High Street Dental Care

From entering the practice to leaving, everyone is so nice and polite. Today was just a routine check up and hygiene appointment. Both went very well and I feel I got good value for the service. The new suite in the Bell Centre is lovely and modern with all new equipment. A full reception means you can pay and book follow ups from either site. I’d have no hesitation to recommend High Street Dental.

Reception Team are always very professional, knowledgeable and polite. I had follow on appointments for a routine check up then hygienist. My first appointment did run 25 minutes late but I understand unpredictable things do occur during proceeding appointments, and was comfortable waiting. The hygienist was then immediately ready for me. The quality of my check up & hygienist was excellent, as always.

From the moment I arrived, I was met with such a professional and friendly welcome from the entire team. The reception staff were wonderfully warm and efficient, immediately putting me at ease. My hygienist Daisy and my new dentist Shahad were both exceptional, so knowledgeable and kind. The nurses were equally lovely and supportive throughout. As a nervous patient, I can honestly say I felt genuinely cared for and I would highly recommend this practice without hesitation

The care I received at High St Dental today has been superb. The reception team were understanding of my need, demonstrated excellent teamwork with their clinicians and used clear, kind communication in my contacts. Dr Pippa Young and Dr Brett Davids were both impressive in consult. They demonstrated active listening through my history, clarifying points of uncertainty as needed. They had all the technology required to image my teeth, assess for viability and then offer considered, data-informed choices. Care was truly personalised and shared.
