South Cliff Dental Group - Margate

Very busy surgery so there's sometimes a wait but I'm always kept informed and staff remain friendly and helpful even when dealing with a high volume of visitors - I've been with this surgery since they opened and I find everyone to be very welcoming. The reception staff are excellent, I've seen them deal calmly with so many situations from calling ambulances to calling taxis for elderly patients. My dentist Farjad & his nurse Lauren are very professional and put my nerves at ease.

I’ve been with this dental practice for a while now, and I genuinely cannot fault them. From the reception team to the dentists, everyone is always warm, professional, and welcoming. I had some fillings done today and the whole experience was amazing. My clinician, Mo, kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable, and Katie, the nurse working with him, was equally lovely and reassuring. Their care and kindness made the appointment so much easier. Thank you to the whole team for consistently providing such great service

I have only been with this dental practice for about 10 months, having moved from elsewhere, but each time I visit, I walk away feeling great. The reception staff are always friendly, patient and helpful, even with a phone call for booking an appointment. Dentist Mo and Nurse Katie have been excellent on my previous 2 visits, and today didn't disappoint. I had a filling at the top of one of my front teeth, so a difficult place to start with, but I was made to feel at ease from teh word go, I was offered numbing or not, I was reassured that I could stop the proceeding at any time if I needed…

Both Dr Farjad and Nurse Lauren have been fantastic with me. I’m very anxious and have a phobia of dentists, but Nurse Lauren is so good at calming me down and making sure I’m okay. And Dr Farjad is so kind, and knowledgeable, and is also very good at keeping me calm. They both know how to keep the mood light, which is crucial when you’re anxious. They have done a filling which I was terrified of, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I will be coming back to these 2 for my lifetime! Thank you guys :)
