I have been attending Smile Portman Clinic for the past two years and the experience has been exceptional. The staff are consistently friendly and professional, and they offer excellent flexibility when arranging regular appointments. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and I have always felt very well looked after. The treatment provided by Riccarda has been highly effective, delivering results that have exceeded my expectations. I am extremely pleased with the level of care I have received. Portman Smile Clinic are amazing. My daughter has been in for braces and from the very first visit they have been brilliant. I’d especially like to mention the 2 lovely ladies who were fitting my daughter’s braces. Ellie and Wendy were just spectacular. They put my very nervous daughter at ease and explained what was going to happen and why. They were both very caring and supported her through every stage of this process of fitting braces. I couldn’t be happier with the results of my fixed brace treatment. I wore the brace for two and a half years, and the transformation has been incredible — my teeth are now perfectly straight.
