Northdown Dental Practice

Use to have 1 or 2 really nice/good dentist now it just feels ametuer hate going here

I called this clinic, just to retrieve a phone number to a surgical dental clinic, which I have be advised to attend. I called 1 hour and 39 minutes ago and am still on hold at number 1 which I have been since 50 minutes ago. Now I see they went to lunch leaving me on hold 35 minutes ago. It is true, the dentist are great. the Reception/ phone care is atrocious. This is not the first time I have been on hold with them for lengthy times. Usually I just give up. I will be contacting the practice management and in the meantime. I will remain on hold until they decide to answer. …

Always been scared of the dentist bad experience when young. Had to go chose this dentist was scared but they made me feel very relaxed lovely staff. Nurses and reception made me feel at ease no fears now.

Updated One of the few dentists with availability. Some areas look a bit past their best. Still, good dentists and helpful staff. Just don't waste your time trying to phone, as it could be a long wait
