Ordered a prescription for my child, it was to be posted. Waited 3 weeks still no prescription, so phoned up and had to order a new one as lady said there was no evidence i ever phoned up! Absolutely ridiculous and my daughter has no meds, we were already short due to covid lockdown and me not wanting to get 2 buses to get here from Ramsgate. No apologies from them either, just "are you sure it wasn't an answering machine" you spoke to.

Greenbanks have been amazing. All the teams have been brilliant. We moved to the area in 2019. I was a little bit worried about the services in a new area but all the teams have been superb. Portage , speech, PT, OT, dentist and audiologist.

Totally failed my son, still to this day takes SO long to even give you an appointment. It's not just my son other members of my family with horrific treatment. Katrina this is especially for you blocking my sons treatment when in fields of not qualification on. Next time I will drive a hundred miles at least before going back. Dont diagnose or help find the problem to resolve and blocks treatments even a pediatric dr suggests. You will hear from my lawyer, see you in court with the rest of them hopefully.

So far found them good but never answer the phone and always behind on appointments
