Beware, whilst the dentistry is good the administration of appointments and information provided to clients before treatment has been appalling. Never at any time was I advised of costs for treatment, all I was asked for was money on account which I paid as you can't make an appointment without doing so. Appointment then cancelled three times, one time I was told because my account stated I was deceased despite them holding over £150 of my money!!!. A very lucky call to this rather lovely building gave us the local Dentist we so desperately needed. Excellent conversations with the receptionist and the wonderful treatment and professional attitudes from those dental surgeons was a very enjoyable experience. We done all.

I recently visited My Dentist Clinic in Swindon and had a fantastic experience. The customer service was top-notch, the clinic was immaculately clean and tidy, and the staff were incredibly nice and helpful. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone seeking dental care in the area.
