I have been with Barley Mow now for many years. The staff has always taken very good care of me and my family. Once, my husband had a dental problem on a Friday afternoon and Bruce, who was painting his home as I remember, came into the surgery to see him, still in his painting clothes. We called the surgery and she was not only seen in minutes, the problem was solved at an extremely reasonable cost. I would recommend this practice wholeheartedly and the dental programme works very …

Recent visit very disappointing. Check up took less than 5 mins, with no communication between dentist and assistant. I can assume from this there were either no changes or telepathy! Either way no mention of issues/no issues was made to me, just directed to reception to make a £70 payment. After many years with this practice I do not feel I am getting value for money. This review does not cover the hygienist service.

We have been patients here with Bruce and colleagues for 14 years and have excellent care, treatment and service from everyone. The reception staff are excellent at scheduling and sending reminders for appointments, and all treatment plans are explained fully. Would highly recommend.

Had an appointment with Megan (hygienist) and her lovely assistant today - I get very stressed going to the dentist, but Megan and her assistant were so considerate and helpful, putting me at ease, and taking care of me. Thank you both so much! Megan is an amazing hygienist.
