I’m so glad I switched to Fylde Clinic! Stacey was fantastic, she got me and my family booked in quickly and at convenient times for us. The dentist was lovely too, and the prices are very reasonable, especially as we’re now private patients rather than NHS. The service is miles better, I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you!
Needed an emergency dental appointment and got one same day! Great communication and Dr Chan and the team helped me to feel so relaxed! Reasonably priced too, will definitely be going back!
Had an urgent issue last week, and made the grave mistake of booking an appointment. Woman at the front desk (in her 30s), radiating the weary aura of someone who’s been forced to interact with the public one too many times, treated my polite and sincere questions with thinly veiled contempt. Her customer service could best be described as hostile indifference with a smattering of disdain. Needless to say, I didn’t turn up for the appointment and took my custom elsewhere - imagine losing a paying client, because your front of house ambassador seems to hate both her job AND the people who ma…
As someone who is terrified of the dentist I cannot recommend this practice enough! From the moment you step in you feel safe and confident knowing you will be well looked after. I had a tooth extracted and I didn’t feel anything, lovely kind and caring dentist and assistant. I will be going back to them even though I live in London.
