Amazing experience at Lytham Dental Clinic for my Invisalign consultation. The team were so friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked through the door and put me completely at ease. Dec was an absolute gem, super patient and a credit to the team, he explained everything clearly, including costs, making sure I had all the information. Dr Barnes did a brilliant smile assessment for me and showed me what results were possible, I was really nervous but he was so professional and friendly I honestly can’t recommend enough. A genuinely lovely team – wish I’d of gone sooner! 😊
The Lytham Dental Clinic got me in for a same day appointment when I had a minor dental emergency, despite not being registered as a patient. The person who booked the appointment for me over the phone was patient, kind and upbeat, which made me feel a lot less stressed about the situation. When I got to my appointment, Sophie on the front desk was lovely, and the dentist and clinicians who saw me went above and beyond, taking the time to explain everything and put me at ease. I recently moved to the area and needed to find a new dentist. From the moment I arrived, everyone was so welcoming and friendly. Dec was incredibly professional and informative, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really put me at ease. The whole process was smooth and comfortable, and I’m very happy with my experience.
Extremely poor service, poor communication, and no respect for patients’ time. On 18 December, I booked a teeth whitening appointment and took half a day off work to attend. Despite this, the appointment lasted no more than 3–5 minutes and was reduced to a basic dental check, as no hygiene slot was available. This was not communicated in advance, making the visit unnecessary. The front desk was also unable to provide an invoice on the day, and despite repeated follow-ups, I only received it on 27 January 2026.
