I booked in for a check-up and x-ray due to an infected wisdom tooth. While the dentist did identify the issue, I felt the whole appointment was very rushed. There wasn’t much of a detailed explanation, and I was simply advised to go ahead and book a £500 extraction, without any discussion of other possible options. I later visited another dentist for a second opinion, and the experience was completely different. They really took the time to sit down with me, explain the risks involved with extraction, and even advised me to get a 3D scan to see if and how much of the tooth overlaps the ne…
To say I was anxious when I arrived for my initial appointment is an understatement. I have to say all staff were very understanding and I was able to feel more ar ease. Dr Galliani was very professional and explained every procedure. and after receiving two lots of treatments am feeling much better. I would highly recommend this team. Whole premises very hygienic.
I was a new patient and everyone in the dental practice was so professional.Dr Galliani was knowledgeable and very informative. The entire practice was very up to date with modern equipment and it has such a pleasant environment.l had a great experience and will be coming back regularly Dr Galliani is one of the best!! and so are his team see you all soon.
Great practice. Before first visit called with extreme tooth pain and was given an appointment in a couple hours on the same day as a new patient. Tooth removed same day with no pain or complications at all. Been visiting for over a year now and always get good service from Dr. Gilani and also the hygienist. Polite and friendly staff, clean environment. Highly recommend
