I had a really positive experience at the dental clinic. My hygienists, Hamza and Labah, were very kind, welcoming, and professional. They made me feel comfortable from the start and carried out the treatment carefully and thoroughly. They explained everything clearly before beginning, which really helped me feel at ease. The reception team were also incredibly friendly and thoughtful. As I use a wheelchair, they kindly came out to assist me into the waiting area while my mum was parking. I had great experience with the Luton Medical and Dental clinic. My dental appointment was on time, comfortable, and fast with the best quality. My teeth after cleaning never looked so well and super clean. Dr Hamza is professional, very gently and precise in their work. The rest of team lady in reception and nurse nice and welcoming. Craig carried out the blood test, and I must say he was extremely friendly, supportive, and professional — not a single mark was left on my hand, which really shows his skill and care. I’ve been seeing Dr Hamza for the past 3–4 months, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. He is an amazing dentist — skilled, patient, and genuinely caring. I had been praying to find a dentist who would truly help rather than dismiss my concerns, especially with the complex dental issues I was facing. Alhamdulillah, I feel so lucky.
