First appointment here today for my 12 year old daughter, and it was very good. Well staffed , all working well together as a tight knit team - the appointment was timely and organised. All staff super friendly and engaging. Follow up appointments booked in before leaving and not long to wait. Good work! See you in March.

I'm really disappointed with the service at this dental clinic. They seem to have a double standard when it comes to time. If you're late for your appointment, they slap you with a fine, which is understandable to a point. However, every single time I’ve had an appointment, I get called in 20-30 minutes late. So, I’m always left sitting around, twiddling my thumbs, waiting for them to be ready. What’s worse is that once you’re finally in, everything moves at a snail's pace. The staff seem unmotivated, and the whole atmosphere is just dead. It feels like they don't value my time at all, whic…

Really happy with this place. Dr. Wong is great and the rest of the team is always so welcoming and kind. It’s a nice, calm environment and they’ve always been very respectful of my time. Highly recommend if you're looking for a professional yet friendly clinic

They barely pick up the calls and sometimes they don’t even pick up the call and the pattern is when it’s 1 hour before closing time which shows their are lazy. They also seem to not value time. Please fix your phone system. However the staff are decently kind and place is good. I got kicked out because I came 10 minutes before and apparently there wasn’t any space even there was.
