Very unfriendly receptionist who when I didn't immediately understand what she was telling me to do snapped that I wasn't listening. I felt stupid and unwelcome.
I have filled the form in at 7am in the morning, TWICE but the doctor still didn’t see me instead told me to go to A&E. doctor putting his job on other people. this is worst surgery. They don’t care about people. I suggest do not register with marsh farm practice or gardenia
I would have given them 0 stars if it was available. They have no clue what they are doing in there
So i changed Doctors after my husband was diagnosed with bowel cancer. This surgery told him he had IBS after telling them his symptoms.... All of which were major red flags and needed investigation but they didn't even feel his tummy let alone do any other investigation. Just told him he more than likely had piles and was too young for cancer!! He was 45 and ended up going to A&E with serve pain to then be told he was terminal!!. Went back to the GP who then told him he gave himself cancer. Shocking and sickening. Never stepped foot back in there again. I wont drop the doctors name, I woul…
