I recently came in for my composite bonding and I’m extremely happy with the process from start to finish. Lauren did my consultation and she was fantastic, answered all the questions I had and made me feel at ease. Dr Vim carried out my treatment and again it was fantastic from start to finish. Made me feel happy and relaxed and tailored it exactly to how I wanted them! Would definitely recommend!
I can’t say enough good things about Tooth Club. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely cared for. The receptionist was so kind and welcoming. The dentist, Dr Vimaal, was professional, kind, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and never made me feel rushed. Wouldn't recommend had an appointment for 1pm after waiting 30 minutes I asked how long till i was seen and was told he had someone in the chair so id have to wait I ended up waiting 1 hour ten minutes and 0 communication from them as to why they were running late or any apology. Reception girls were ringing round leads and making jokes about people in loughton will always fall for a deal then we get our commission.
