I’m quite a nervous patient, but Dr Shah was absolutely brilliant at helping me feel calm and comfortable throughout my appointment. He was patient, reassuring, and explained everything clearly, which really helped ease my anxiety. The whole team was welcoming and professional, and the standard of care was excellent.
