Loughton Dental spa is one of the best practices I have been to. The staff are amazing. Rita is so good at her job and really cares about her patients wellbeing. Her staff are so professional and I would highly recommend this practice. If you’re nervous of the dentist then this a great place to attend. I won’t be going anywhere else for my dental treatment. Ritu at the Loughton dental spa has gone above and beyond throughout all of my dental work and treatments. I feel relaxed and calm every visit, which is such a big achievement as I previously couldn’t go to the dentist at all due to anxiety, I put this change in comfort all down to Ritu. Besides this, she has gone above and beyond what most other dentists would do in helping me achieve a better smile whilst also prioritising my dental health. I have nothing bad to say about Loughton dental spa and will continue to recommend it.
I have been coming here for many years and can say I have always received first class care and treatment both from Ritu and Rob. They go out of their way to explain everything in a kind and professional manner. The surgeries are spotless and comfortable and everyone extremely polite and helpful. I have recommended the practice to other members of my family and they agree.
Attended the Loughton Dental spa today for an emergency tooth extraction. I am an extremely nervous patient who hasn't attended the dentist in 21 years. My nurse was amazing made me feel at ease and helped me through those injections she was comforting and amazing at her job (wish I got her name I was just in shock I had had dental work done) also the dentist was amazing, explained everything and made me feel comfortable.
