I have been attending this practice for over 30 years and have always had good dental care. I find the team friendly and efficient, and helpful when an emergency appointment is required. I really appreciate the appointment reminders by text and/or email too. It us an NHS practice but also has a private scheme. The premises do look a little 'tired' in the reception and waiting areas which doesn't give the best impression but the treatment rooms are fine. I highly recommend.
I would like to change my dentist to the one I saw yesterday. He explained things to me, & listened to me trying to tell him about the pains I have been having since December. He was sympathetic & didn't rush things, & I felt at ease with him. I think he did a thorough examination for me, he also explained options with me.
Had my hygienist appointment with Janet today: treated like royalty and greeted with her beaming smile and pleasant conversation. Amazing. My teeth feel brand new! Thank you. The nurse helping was excellent too!
Excellent service, quick appointment for nhs work. Great dentist who took time to explain options available. She also combined the treatment with an upcoming exam thus saving a trip and cost. Text and email reminders of the appointment were most helpful.
