My first visit today. Am a rather nervous patient but I couldn’t have asked for more understanding, kind people. Rupa talked me through every stage, kept checking that I was ok and generally made it a caring visit that made me feel safe. I can’t thank you enough. You listened and that makes a world of difference. Thanks to the nurse, Gracie too. Everyone was kind and smiley and gave me the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist appointment. My daughter was assessed by the dentist, and the overall experience was excellent. The dental team provided a very high standard of care and were extremely accommodating throughout the visit, ensuring that my daughter felt comfortable and at ease at all times. The service was provided under the NHS, and all treatment was completely free, which we truly appreciated. The clinic itself was very clean, well-maintained, and welcoming, creating a calm and professional environment. I may not see the same dentist twice (this is down to my own circumstances of arranging appointments around work) but everyone I deal with whether is it a dentist, assistant, a hygienist, admin or a receptionist is friendly, helpful and when needed, very clear and concise. The dentists I have seen have been very thoughtful and are very good with strategies for anxious people and the receptionists have a lovely manner. Thank your hard work and patience
Amazing dentists! Amit and Dipak are two of the best I’ve ever seen - very professional and skilled, with great communication too and that really helps. My wife says great things about the lady who sees her and my daughter too.
