I drove more than an hour there because of the good reviews and I wasn't disappointed at all! Every staff there is so nice and professional. I was offered a nice cup of coffee while waiting, and Dr Mohamed Sheikh is very knowledgeable and very good in explaining the issues to me insimpletermsthatIcanunderstand, he didn't press for any services that I didn't need and was almost thinking from my perspective. the place is quiet, spotless and comfortable. Everything there makes you at ease.
I'm a nervous patient when it comes to the dentist. Moneel always shows me the equipment, explains what it's for and what he's going to do and that makes it far less unpleasant. I may never enjoy it, but in almost half a century it's the least worst dentist I have ever visited.
My first visit to quorn dental practice will definitely not be my last. Mohamed was absolutely exceptional, he made everything so clear and easy to understand. Katie, who was nursing for him, was amazing too. Together they made it feel like a very personal experience. The two other girls working there seemed very polite too, especially Megan who even offered me a drink whilst I was waiting.
Such a lovely surgery. The waiting area is nice, and get offered refreshments. Never been offered such at any dentist before. Mohamed Shiek is a lovely dentist with plenty of time to chat and explain things. Never feel rushed.
