I had an appointment in Mr P Kumar's Clinic Excellent service from Receptionist to all the kind opthomolgy ...Mr P Kumar was very courteous, kind, gentle, informative. Reminded me of how Doctors used to be back in 70s. Very proffesional and knowledgable. He is very clever. The nurses who took my bloods were lovley. My first visit to Loughborough Hospital. I am so happy my referral was accepted by them. I loved the Hospital. If I had time in near furure I would love to volunteer these.

Took my disabled relative there to the audiology clinic for hearing aid repair. From start to finish, excellent. Carpark had been remarked, plenty of disabled bays (still free parking for patients, as it should be!). Beautiful reception area, decorated with autumn theme, very welcoming. Loving lady on reception gave directions/guidance. Staff in clinic and on reception were very kind and efficient. My relative came out beaming as her aids had been successfully repaired and she could hear again. The building (including toilets) appeared very clean too. Feel very lucky to have this facility …

I’ve been dealing with ongoing tonsil issues for years and have had multiple appointments from different GPs and hospitals because of it. Many doctors from other hospitals have mentioned that I should urge for a treatment. I’ve only seen the ENT in Loughborough Hospital just once (also to mention the appointment lasted 5 minutes when I had to wait over 4 months?) and no progress from then, didn’t have another appointment since (this was a year ago) even though it’s clear that I do need treatment… Real shame

My Mother had great caring treatment from Loughborough Hospital after falling and breaking some bones in her hand recently Very caring staff in plaster room and she would like to send her thanks .
