I can't recommend Charnwood Dental Centre highly enough. The receptionists are warm, friendly and incredibly welcoming, making a great first impression as soon as you enter. Thank you to Helen and Donna for your warm smiles, putting me at ease and being so responsive and helpful when I checked in. A huge thank you to Sharmin and Nicole for taking so much time to make me feel comfortable and explaining every part of the process so I felt relaxed and reassured. You really are a dream team! I always have a really positive experience at this dentist. The whole team is friendly, welcoming, and professional, which makes every visit feel comfortable and stress-free. Debika is wonderful – a truly great dentist who is kind, and reassuring. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
I have suffered with anxiety for a long time, dentist trips have always triggered me to have meltdowns or cancelling appointments.. Today I had the most amazing experience with Ranjit Ponathil, he was so kind, compassionate and eased my mind. His assistant was also fantastic. Lots of laughs and smiles. The experience here is always made as smooth as it possibly can be. Like most people, I am not a fan of the dentist but I always leave here feeling completely looked after and with my next appointment for a check up booked. I know it can be difficult to get on the books of a dentist but if you are able to; I definitely recommend this one.
