Brookview Dental Care

I have been using Brookview Dental Care for many years. I have always found all the staff to be polite, friendly, and always willing to sort any queries. Nothing seems to much trouble. My dentist Niki is fantastic and very professional. She is very thorough. She is always friendly. She explains what procedures are or need to be done. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Wonderful dentist - very thorough, and the staff throughout the practice are so friendly. The practice has a small, welcoming feel. My only gripe is that you can sometimes feel pressured into booking hygienist appointments and X-rays, which can significantly increase the cost of visits. It would be nice if the cost of these extras were discussed upfront and then offered as an option, rather than feeling like a necessity.

We (myself and my wife Cynthia) have both been with Brookview Dental Service for many years and have always been treated by Nikki with friendliness, professionalism and competence. Emergencies have been promptly dealt with. The receptionist has always been friendly and efficient. I had a recent emergency in July 25 with a broken tooth and Nikki was able to offer me treatment the next day which dealt with the problem wonderfully.

Can't fault Brookview at all 😊. Be it a routine check up/hygienist or something more complex they have always done their utmost to see me as soon as possible. I recently had to have a tooth extracted and wow! From the initial injection for the anaesthetic to the extraction it was painless. Even after the anaesthetic wore off, still no pain. Very happy customer, many thanks to all the staff at Brookview.
