I have now visited this practice 3 times which for me is a huge achievement. Today I met and was looked after by Dr Julia and her assistant. Dr Julia was really caring, patient and gentle with me during my examination and treatment, with explanations of everything that she needed to do. She was happy to work at a pace I could deal with too. I'm very, very grateful for her understanding and patience. This gives me more confidence about having to visit the dentist in future.
After being with the same dentist for over 40yrs (now gone private) so a little apprehensive about changing. I registered with Dr Omar a few weeks ago. Dr Omar is excellent, he explains everything as he goes along. In fact all the staff are polite and professional. Very happy with the move.
Dr. Julia is an excellent dentist! She is very kind, patient, and precise in her work. The clinic is clean and modern, and the whole team is friendly. I felt well taken care of and would definitely recommend her to others.
