Craigshill Medical Practice My experience with Craigshill Medical Practice has been consistently poor and deeply frustrating. Every single time I go in or phone this health centre I'm met with a condescending tone and a stupid look. Receptionist looked annoyed I had interrupted her precious skin care routine with cream all over her face. I ask simple questions and I'm always met with stupid questions or condescending comments back like I'm supposed to have an encyclopedic knowledge of how their job works. The docs and nurses are lovely but the reception team are utterly incompetent and rude

Very easy way to order my prescription online, I only have to use 3letters and it always gives me the name of the medication that I have to order, then I collect my prescription from the chemist about 4 days later.

The doctors and nurses here are really nice but they have to do something with their receptionists. They think they know better than a doctor and they decide what’s urgent. Never can get an appointment, if you are lucky after you phoned like 4-5 times . When I wanted to see the doctor for my little one, the receptionist sent me to see the pharmacist and the pharmacist asked me to contact the GP. Never ends unless they get competent and nice receptionists
