Had a filling at this dentist one day and on the second day it fell out. Phoned to get an appointment asap to get it fixed as it was obviously not done properly. No appointments available for over 3 weeks! I would expect something sooner as it was to repair a faulty job. I don't know any other business that would expect you to wait that long. That is unless you want to phone up every day for a cancellation. Why should I have to do that? I would expect them to come up with a better solution than that. Their website says they provide 5 star service, well thas not what I received.
Excellent My dentist Martin goes above and beyond. The staff are very helpful and always welcoming. Very efficient. Definitely 5*
I have been a private patient of this practice for many years. The staff are friendly and the service and treatment I have received has been excellent. I would highly recommend.
I have been trying to book an appointment for three months only to be told I can’t as the practice was writing to patients. Fast forward to today and the practice is only offering private work at extortionate rates. I have been a patient here all my life and have seen the service and the way this practice treats patients slowly decline over time. I would not recommend this dental practice.
