Very friendly service and deal well for people who don't like dentists. Good follow up after any dental work. They also have on site dental hygienist. Accept emergency appointments. Thanks for the work you've done for me. 😊👍
I attended here today a very nervous patient but this practice has lovely staff from reception to dentist’s they reassured me an everything went well on my emergency appointment to having a tooth out to ,just want to thank you so much x
Very disappointed with the way this dental practice treated me and my family. After waiting almost six months on the waiting list, the practice finally gave me and my wife our first appointment. On the day, we were 20 minutes late because we simply forgot — but as soon as we realised, we called immediately and apologised. Instead of understanding that mistakes can happen, especially for a family with children, the practice decided to block us permanently from registering again. No warning, no second chance, no compassion — even though both of our kids are registered with them and have been…
So sad. Attitudes appear to have changed massively. Doesn't matter what you say, you will be wrong. Much greater lack of care and compassion. The receptionist just blames you for rudeness and leaves you gobsmacked at their attitude. Dental Care is basic then they will refer you to a'partner' for the actual expensive treatment. Beginning to seem like a bit of a scam for patients
