The Kirkby Family Dental Centre

Attended for the first time today with my little boy, they took such good care of him and he was so calm throughout due to the staff’s patience. He went with his toy dentist equipment and the dentist and dental nurse he seen showed a genuine interest in him and made such a fuss of him, thank you!! Can be a long process of having a referral for the SEND dentist department there however this is no reflection of the staff or practice at all, couldn’t fault the whole process and team at st. Chads

I have always disliked having any dental treatment, before any appointment i would become a quivering mess and need to stay close to a toilet!. Yes a grown woman who is petrified of the dentist. With continued care ,empathy and compassion from the team, l am now much more comfortable when having any dental treatment. Never at any point have the dental team made me feel stupid, they have been amazing. Just been advised that I have been taken off the books. Due to cancelled appointment on the day. Have been waiting for the practice to contact me for a new appointment. Received examinations and treatments from the surgery and my teeth still look the same as they did when I walked in. Poor care considering I was paying for trearment.

I have always struggled with the fear of the dentist due to previous experience and have always put off treatment I've needed for my teeth!!! Since seeing the dentist Mo I have managed to build up the confidence to have the treatments I need and have managed to be a lot less nervous than previously. His patience, Humour and ability to put me at ease is something that I have not experienced before and I am beyond grateful! His assistant Leo is equally fantastic.
