Had a filling done few months down the line I had to attend this dentist twice for emergency as jaw pain and face swelled to be told I have no infection and it was not to do with my teeth given antibiotics and sent on way , developed a lump on gum asked for another emergency app to be told just come on your appointment date bare in mind since first going for emergency appointment this date was 7 weeks later , attended to be told I had a root infection needed root canal asap as he didn’t see infection last time on x rays next app for root canal treatment was 4 weeks away to then be cancelle…
I was seen in clinic today by Shalina and Kyle as someone MH disabled and with Neurodivergence my appointment today was due to pain within my upper right side of my mouth, I wasn't sure what tooth was causing the pain. They both dealt with me sensitively and compassionately as I needed to have a tooth extraction. During the whole process they made me feel comfortable at ease and explained fully what they were going to have to do they also gave me suggestions of the best way of managing my teeth beyond today. Recently joined this dentist and I couldn’t recommend it enough. They make you feel so welcome. I ave had a lot of bad experiences at the dentist and have a lot of anxiety around it. I was treated by the dentist Chris and he was lovely. Made me feel really comfortable. And I didn't feel judged. Really puts you at ease. The dental assistant Charlie was honestly so nice. Really genuine and funny and explained everything to me as it was getting my treatment done to ensure I felt at ease she is a real credit to the practice. Some Receptionists are really immature and seem to have no experience or knowledge whatsoever on the basics. It makes me wonder why or how they got the job. I would say definitely a training issue very laxy daisy I left the dentists for this reason.
