From the receptionist to the dentist, a very smooth and professional service. Upon calling Synergy Dental, I was talked through my dental options and the receptionist didn’t hesitate to answer any questions and she had an answer for everything i needed. The dentist was very pleasant with all his instructions in what i need to do for my treatment. It was a very comfortable place to be and definitely would recommend to others who are looking for a affordable dentist with a exceptional service.

Managed to get an emergency appointment at relatively short notice. I was told it would be £80 and would include an extraction or filling. At the appointment neither a filling nor extraction was carried out. Then I get an unclear estimate showing £30 for the appointment and extraction cost of £150 and filling of £200. I'm not sure if that is deliberate miss-selling or just an accident either way they should honour the initial offer which was paid in advance. Don’t get composite bonding here. I had a major insecurity about my teeth and only went to get a single tooth lengthened so it looked symmetrical and it was done way too big , too sharp, uncomfortable and just overall looked fake and comical. It made me feel even worse. After trying to be super meticulous with explaining how I wanted the tooth and checking it with a mirror it was still done to an unsatisfactory level.
