Swanside Dental Practice

I've been attending Swanside for many years now. Lately, because I'm getting older, my teeth can have 3 problems at once, in between regular check-ups. They have saved my Christmas by fitting me in twice in the last week or so. The last was Christmas Eve. I cannot fault any of the staff. Always friendly, helpful and willing to help.

I missed one appointment after being with this practice for over a decade. I'd been called into work due to an urgent problem and couldn't attend. The practice decided to remove me. When I tried to book another appointment I was told I'd been removed and the books are now closed. My family are treated here yet this accounts for nothing. Terrible customer service and an awful way to treat a loyal customer.

Kath and her team are all so friendly and informative during treatments. I'm a nervous patience and I felt so at ease and my whole experience was very calming. Thank you so much! Kath is the best dentist I have ever been to. Amazing work! 👏

Amazing service and staff! Alison who is always so helpful and accommodating. Also, a huge thank you to Catherine and Reece who were so supportive, patient and understanding with my son who has ASD and was having his first filling awake, and absolutely terrified. They explained every step and were so compassionate and reassuring. Previously my son had only been able to have fillings under general anaesthetic at hospital, having to endure months of waiting in pain before a slot became available only for the fillings to become extractions.
