03.03.26 - First impressions do matter. I was very impressed at my first appointment. All the staff I interacted with today where polite and professional, with a touch of humour put in, to make you feel at ease. My teeth where scrapped and cleaned and the work to be carried out was explained in detail to me. In my opinion the patient was put first and not money or profit, unlike other dental practices I have attended in the past. Thank you and I look forward to attending future appointments.
I would like to personally thank the Practice Manager, Joanne, for her exceptional professionalism in resolving a recent concern of mine. While there was an initial misunderstanding regarding my treatment plan and emergency triage, Joanne stepped in immediately once the issue was raised. She conducted a thorough investigation and handled the situation with a level of integrity and fairness that is rare to see. She took the time to listen to my feedback, acknowledged the clinical evidence from my GP and other providers, and provided a full refund as a gesture of goodwill to ensure a positive…
Ver good experience. Welcoming receptionist and Simon was very pleasant as usual. Carried out inspection of my teeth very thoroughly explaining issues as he went along. Good experience throughout. Would highly recommend.
Always welcomed to the practice by the receptionist and then the excellent service is carried on when I go upstairs for my treatment. Emma the Dental Hygienist gave me a very thorough scale and polish today the best I’ve experienced
