I saw the hygienist this morning and as always he was warm and friendly and put me at my ease immediately. I used to hate dentist appointments but now I actually enjoy the experience. Lovely girls on reception too.
I had an appointment today, February 5 2026 at 2:40 p.m. with the Hygienist. It was my first time attending Perfect Smile in Bootle. Everything went very well and the Hygienist and her assistant were very professional and asked if I was feeling ok throughout the treatment. I will definitely return there for my next cleaning appointment.
I take my dad to his appointments, every time we come in it’s a lovely atmosphere all the staff are marvellous! Unfortunately, when we went recently there is a new young nurse with glasses who made us uncomfortable like we were a problem to be there. She would constantly huff and puff and speak to other staff members with a bad attitude very snappy and rude and judging by the reactions of other staff members this is an on going thing. Found it very unprofessional.
I haven't been to dentist in almost 40 years. It came to a point where the teeth I had where just rotted, broken or just plain missing on the road to a serious gum disease or infection, I couldn’t drink and eat properly or basically present myself to others. I got the courage to go forward. First visit, well you know you’r walking out after a chat, but that chat helped me so much I just wanted to do the procedure that day, in case I wouldn’t go back.
