From the minute I arrived I was made to feel welcome! DR Rab Chaudrury made me feel comfortable as I was bit nervous as I was on my own
Although I havnt got a problem with my care I received I have got a problem with the fact I have my cost plan I was was charged 373 for a filling plus booking charge of 50 on my plan for filling it states 216 I had two fillings which I paid separately for I rang up weeks ago was told I had had a root canal I definitely did not have that I had a filling she said she would ask dentist and get back to me still waiting . That is a lot of money for me as I had to stop work to care for a sick relative I am utterly disgusted
I've been trying to contact them via their contact form for literally years. I have an extreme phobia of phone calls, so I can only conduct inquiries via online forms and the way my shifts fall and the location of the practice id have to book a holiday to go in just to book an appointment which is pointless when they allegedly have an online service. I first contact them about 2 years ago with a dental emergency and never heard back so went elsewhere then a couple weeks ago I tried again forgetting about the first time I messaged them, and neither email still have a reply! From the minute I arrived I was made to feel welcome ! I have recently been in hospital and felt a bit shaky , however the receptionist was extremely friendly and put me at ease ! I mentioned my health issues and she immediately sorted me out so I could see a dentist downstairs! Which was a massive relief! The hygienist and the Dental Nurse were both very friendly and again put me at ease ! The whole experience was very positive and I was glad that I attended !
