Both my son and I have attended this practice for several years. My sons teeth are perfect and although he does seem to see a different dentist each time he has never had any complaints. I have neglected my teeth over the years and have lost many. I am also a VERY nervous patient. My previous male dentist seems to have recieved a lot of bad reviews but it is down to his care and advice to me that I ever kept returning! I attended a hygienist appointment last Tuesday and booked a 30-minute slot after being advised over the phone (lovely receptionist), that as a first-time patient, 20 minutes might not be sufficient. I followed this advice and paid £105 for the longer appointment. However, I was only actually in the dentist’s chair for around 12 minutes, and out of the room within about 15. I take my daughter here and I have had no problems with the dentist, they have always made my daughter feel comfortable and she looks forward to the dentist so that’s great and a really good sign of a good dentist. Just they always cancel her appointment every time without fail, it’s really annoying. Update.
