I'd give zero if I could. Joined a year ago and needed lots of work.done. Dentist treating me refused to do the work as it was too much for them. Had referral that was cancelled. More referrals cancelled. Dentist treating me disappeared for 6 months due to surgery. Have an appointment once they returned which re confirmed my ongoing referral. Having heard nothing I went in today only to be told the dentist that was treating me had left the practice. I only had apparently 1 referral July which was denied. I had a fantastic experience a couple of days ago at this clinic, Dr Steven is highly professional, thorough, and clearly an expert. His dental assistant was very attentive. Reception staff were polite and helpful. Highly recommend
It's the worst place I've ever seen. They have been notoriously cancelling us for a year. They booked us in for an appointment, we waited 2 months and then send a message that our ‘appointment was cancelled’. We didn't get the message many times either, and we only found out when we arrived that there would be no appointment. Another scheduled visit, another waiting a month and again the same thing, the visit cancelled! And that was probably six times in a row! This is a joke!
