I'm simply shocked... I've been using this clinic's services for about five years. I arrived today 10 minutes early. The ladies were talking on the phone, so I sat down. Even though I was in the room, the ladies didn't ask me anything. After 25 minutes, I asked if the doctor would see me. The ladies replied that I hadn't gone to the desk, so they hadn't marked my presence in the system. I have to rebook my appointment. I'm very sorry I was treated like air. I don't greet the lady receptionist.
Whilst the dentist are very good (not all of them) the Receptionist needs some training on customer care. First up don't make appointments for people at 2 o clock if you don't open the door till 2 o clock as people are waiting outside. If you call to ask why the door is not open then I would expect a better service instead of being told ON LUNCH then the phone getting put down. Rude
Worst experience ever. I booked dental checkups for my kids and was told I’d get a call within a week for an appointment. After two weeks, I had to call them myself, and they asked me to wait another week because a new dentist would be available. I called again two weeks later, only to be told my kids weren’t even in their system anymore and that they had lost all the registration forms I submitted. To make things worse, the receptionist was rude and argued with me instead of trying to help. Completely unprofessional and disorganized. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
They are disgrace.I went for an appointment 28/1/26 which I booked and wait for 2 weeks.My teeth is wally ,mouth swollen.I couldn't put food in my mouth nor bite anything because it is the bottom front teeth.The dentist said she is not trained to handle my issue but if I want she can do it.It might work or not. The receptionist so rude and was shouting at me at the reception when I brought an antibiotic prescription.I told her it's wrong and I cried loud like a baby because she is a bully.She walked of the reception and the other receptionist calmed me down.
