Sadly I had a very bad experience here. I got an emergency appointment and needed a tooth extraction. I felt the dentist knew it was a big job but did it anyways and rushed, I felt like they were annoyed at how difficult the tooth was to remove. I was in agony after the tooth extraction. I called back for advice but was told to ring the dental hospital again. After being in so much pain I had to get an emergency x ray in the night time I was told they hadn’t got out all of the tooth and that is why I was in such pain. It was getting infected and they also hit my sinus. I had to go to anothe…
Staff members are pleasant and efficient. I was seen by Anjalee, whom was very polite and professional. She was gentle during my treatment, which put me at ease. She explained everything that needed to be done and carried out the treatment on the same day.
I saw one of the hygienists.. unfortunately I can’t remember her name (a young girl started work there last August) she was absolutely lovely, professional and kind. It made the experience so much easier. Thank u… I am gutted though because I learned my dentist Reece is leaving.. thank you Reece for all your help and kindness whilst u have been there
The dentist was fantastic but you just can’t get through on the phone. I had to physically go in to make an appointment. While I was waiting I could hear the receptionists apologising to patients for not being able to get through. More staff are needed but otherwise would be great dentist
