Say their list is open to taking nhs patients, let you book an appointment in a months time, then two weeks later text you to cancel and to call to reschedule, and when you call them they say they’re not taking nhs patients. Deceptive and a complete waste of time.
I came to this dental practice for an emergency appointment a few days ago, I am a very nervous patient due to bad past experiences. The dentist was so amazing with me and made sure to explain everything he was doing. I would have said my experience here was great besides when I overheard a blonde women (who I presumed was the manager) talking poorly about the assistants !! I was utterly appalled by her language especially when it’s about her own staff members being “thick and lazy”. Disgraceful. I would like to thank Dr. Stefan and his assistant for the excellent root canal treatment. The procedure was done in several stages with great care and professionalism. I truly appreciate their work and highly recommend them.
Excellent service! I callled this morning for an urgent appointment, and was seen this afternoon. Temporary filling put in, and scheduled for a permanent repair in 6 weeks. Another cracked filling was also identified in the assessment. The price for the 2 fillings was clearly explained so I can budget that in. All the team were kind, professional and v efficient. Really happy they're my dentist. Filling replacement was a bit pricey (£192) but I guess everything has become more expensive 😅
