I had an appointment at 10:20am on 31/03/25, when I got in my car the battery was flat. I called the surgery and told them and the receptionist (normal one on) with great presence and help said she could rearrange for 12:30 same day I accepted that. So the service, as always, was exceptional and helped me immensely and all done with exemplary professionalism. The treatment today was a hygienist one wit the new Hygienist. Hillcroft Dental Practice is one of the most professional and helpful dentists i’ve ever visited.
