Green Lane Dental Surgery

An absolute joke of a dentist. I cancelled an appointment for my 7 and 2 year old boys due to my 7yr old son having a stomach bug. But because I can't see into the future and predict his illness aligned with their 72 hour cancellation policy. They have struck my 2yr off the list for ever being allowed an appointment there despite it being the first time we have cancelled. I asked to speak to the dentist as this isn't acceptable and I was told no as the dentsit herself told the receptionist to give me this message. Disgraceful behaviour from the dentist herself.

Awful treatment. Cancelled an appointment due to our 7yr old son having a stomach bug and they struck our 2yr off the list for ever being allowed an appointment there despite it being the first time we have cancelled. A 7yr old who was solely PEG fed for his first few years of life and struggles with plaque due to this is now not allowed his follow up treatment (as previously discussed and planned by this dentist) after years of trying to find a dentist and now they said he is only allowed a check up in April with no treatment. Disgraceful behaviour from the dentist herself.

I missed one appointment a while back and they refuse me so I had find a dentist! However my children was with them and they toke them off the system because they haven't been going. My 6 year old in pain and need a dentist but I now had to call 111 and registered my babies to my dentist which take few weeks. I never knew a dentist would turn down a child in pain reguardless all they could of done is update them on system and call them in. I recently had some dental work at this surgery. There is only one dentist here but I would highly recommend him as a professional, quality dentist as am very pleased with my new smile and pain free mouth . The surgery waiting room itself has a pleasant, relaxing atmosphere and the decor is clean, bright and airy. The reception staff are friendly and professional too. Well done Green lane, keep up the good work !! My only suggestion to improve the surgery might be to computerise the appointment system , however the surgery appears to run smoothly without this.
