Edge Hill Dental Practice

Im giving 1 star only for how often my appointment has been cancelled and rescheduled without contacting me first. I’ve been with this dental practice for around 2 years and I never had my appointment held on the day it was originally scheduled:) really it’s a joke at this point, my last appointment got rescheduled 3 times and it’s not possible to get an answer from them, been calling reception multiple different and no one is picking up. It’s been super frustrating because I have to schedule my work around this and then my appointment gets cancelled last second:)) like what am I paying dep…

Reception friendly. I've given the 5 stars for a lovely lady Dentist called Rebha (apologies if that's incorrect). I've seen her twice and hope she stays. She is the best Dentist I've ever had at the Practice. Friendly, Professional. Thorough check, including gums, tongue and mouth. Explains everything to you. An absolute asset to the Practice. Thank you, Rebha!

I am very happy with smart dental care Mo the dentist is superb , he is patient kind and efficient . His assistant Amy is lovely and relaxed she works well along side Mohammed. When your dentist does everything to help you He is the man I’d want , wonderful..Beth on reception is everything a receptionist should be efficient in all fields.also another lady Kate who has been there a long time good for the practice. .Yes I’m happy with the care I receiving . Hope Mohammed wants to stay thank he’s fabulous 👍🏼

Absolute joke of a practice. Never answer the phone or respond to voicemails, I’ve previously had an appointment where I turned up and was told there was no dentist available to see me, they could have let me know prior as I had to take time off work for nothing.i was referred to the dental hospital months ago, the appointment had been rejected and i was not informed so i was waiting to hear about an appointment that didn’t exist. Avoid at all cost
