Dovecot Dental Practice

Personally I have found that all the staff have been friendly and helpful, be it on the phone or in person. My dentist is Dr Nadim & both he and his dental nurse Sarah have been lovely, friendly and helped me relax when my anxiety started surfacing. Having broken a tooth and required more than normal dental treatment, I was kept informed as to what was going on which I greatly appreciated & I would highly recommend this dentist & dental practice. I for one am very happy with the treatment, both dental & the care given. Thank you all for being so friendly, welcoming & efficient!

Over the past few weeks, I've had several visits to the dentist, and I must say we’ve been going there as a family for years. The children aren't afraid of dental visits at all, which says a lot. My husband had cosmetic dental work done by a few different dentists in the past, but none of the repairs lasted more than two weeks — until he came here. It’s now been two years since his treatment, and it’s still holding perfectly. Waited over 45 minutes for my daughter appointment (3 year old). Kept asking the receptionist how much longer and kept getting told "don't know" not once was there a sorry for your wait or we can check with the dentist. It took for me to ask one of them to go and ask the dentist. She got up and sniggered and called me rude while walking down the corridor asif I couldn't hear. The dentist miraculously came out to count 20 teeth and give my daughter a sticker. I usually don’t write reviews but felt this was necessary as I was seen by Dr. Ali who was very professional, kind, and clearly passionate about his profession. Not only was the care I received amazing but he took extra time to educate me about why I was experiencing pain and gum sensitivity, along with teaching me ways on how I can be proactive about my dental health. The NHS needs more people like him! Highly recommend him to anyone looking for help
