My 2 year old, my brother and myself went to see Dr Josh Saunders today for a routine check up .. I myself am a very anxious, nervous wreck and him and his dental nurse made sure as soon as I stepped through the door I was put at ease. The check up was nowhere near as daunting as previous practices have made it to be in the past. Seen by Dr Joshua Saunders along side his dental assistant, as soon as I was seen by him he remained professional, kept me up to date on his recommendations and provided great guidance based on my questions. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I was took care of throughout the appointment. The treatment itself was fine as is the follow up referral that Joshua provided, and I really appreciated the attention and care shown. Genuinely couldn’t recommend the practice and Joshua any higher! Thank you all!

I came upon this dental practice with an online search. The moment I had my first appointment the dentist Dr Floyd Biggs was very accommodating of my dental needs as I do not have the best teeth to work with. He was very person centered and took time to treat my dental needs. I was fortunate to be seen as an NHS patient for my treatment and this practice allowed me to have several appointments before making full payment with their aim being of my patient care not financial gain. I had an appointment booked for registration. The appointment time was given by the practice, not requested by me, so it wasn’t even the most convenient option on my side. Two days before the appointment, it was cancelled by them with a completely unacceptable excuse. This kind of arbitrary cancellation is not acceptable at all. If they cancel appointments so easily, what happens when someone actually has tooth pain or an urgent issue? Based on this experience, I have decided not to join this dental practice. Thanks, but no thanks.
